How To Bulk-Add Employees

A guide to adding multiple employees to the organisation by importing a CSV file.

Process

  1. Log in to the Admin panel

  2. Click Employees from the menu at the top

  3. Click Add employees button

  4. Click Import CSV

  5. View the explanation of the file contents

    1. Column names in your CSV must match those listed in Column Name

    2. Data in your CSV must match the format in the Example column

    3. The Description column clarifies whether the data is optional

  6. Click Next Step to proceed.

  7. Click to upload your CSV, or drag and drop

  8. Repeat if necessary

  9. Click Next Step to proceed.

  10. Match columns in your CSV to the fields in the tool.

    1. You can change a field by selecting from the dropdown

  11. Click Next Step to proceed.

  12. Review the data to be imported.

  13. Click Import Data to proceed.
